Is delivery and set up included in rental price? 
Yes! Delivery, pick up and set up/down is included. 
An extra delivery fee is charged if located 20 miles outside of Walworth, WI.

How do I add balloons or flowers to the bounce house ?
We are more than happy to connect you with a vendor that provides balloon decorations. As well as our favorite floral designer for dried flowers.  You are welcome to add them yourself but please refer to the contract to ensure no damage to the bounce house. 

What surface is needed for the Bounce House?
A flat, level surface is needed the size of the bounce house.
For example: Grass, concrete, asphalt, and carpet. 


Is an electrical outlet needed to set up the  Bounce House?
Yes! 100ft. from the electrical outlet is the maximum distance. We provide all electrical cords.  

How do I reserve my date to bounce? 
Half of the rental fee is due with the contract to hold your date. This is a deposit and will be applied to the full rental cost. Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. Deposits are non refundable. 

Are we insured? 
Absolutely! We carry general liability and can provide a Certificate of Insurance to your venue.  Safety is a top priority! 

How long is the rental period? 
All of our rentals are for 6 hours. If you would like to add additional time, please add $50 per hour.  Outdoor rentals cannot be booked past 8pm. 

What about weather? 
Rain or winds exceeding 15 mph will result in a cancellation. Cancellations due to wind and rain can be rescheduled within a 6 month period. No outdoor setup under 40 degrees.
